Oven makes loud rattling or scraping noise when the fan is running

Safety: Isolate power and allow the oven to cool. Fan blades can be sharp.

• Access fan: Remove shelves and the rear panel inside the oven to expose the fan.
• Check for debris: Remove any loose items, such as foil, screws, or burnt food, from around the fan.
• Tighten fan nut: Ensure the fan blade retaining nut is tight on the motor shaft.
• Spin test: Rotate the fan by hand. If it feels rough or noisy, the motor bearings are worn and the motor should be replaced.
