Oven Temperature Calibration or Sensor Drift
Oven temperature is consistently too hot or too cold compared to the set temperature.

Possible Causes
Drifted oven temperature sensor, miscalibrated control, poor air circulation in cavity, failing main PCB temperature circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use caution around hot surfaces when testing temperatures.
- Measure actual temperature: Place an oven-safe thermometer in the center of the oven and run at 350°F for at least 20–30 minutes. Record the average temperature.
- Adjust calibration: If the average is off by more than ±15°F, use the oven's settings menu to adjust the temperature offset (e.g., +20°F or -20°F).
- Check sensor: If calibration cannot correct the issue, test the sensor resistance at room temperature and replace if out of range.
- Inspect fan and vents: Ensure convection fan (if equipped) runs properly and vents are not blocked, which can cause uneven readings.
Note: Always allow sufficient preheat time before judging temperature accuracy.
