Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing the fan.

Verify mode: Ensure a convection mode is actually selected (e.g., "Conv. Bake"), not standard bake.
Listen for fan: During convection operation, you should hear the fan. If silent, access the fan from inside the oven by removing the rear interior cover.
Inspect fan blade: Check for broken or loose blades and obstructions. Clear any debris.
Test motor: From the rear of the oven, disconnect the convection motor and test for continuity. Replace the motor if open or seized.
Control board: If the motor is good but never receives power in convection mode, the control board relay may be faulty and require replacement.

Convection fan is not running during convection bake, resulting in uneven cooking.
