Safety first: Disconnect power before testing components.

Checks:

Use an accurate oven thermometer to compare actual temperature to the set temperature.
Inspect the door gasket for gaps, tears, or compression; replace if not sealing properly.
Test the bake and grill elements for correct resistance; replace any that are significantly higher than specification (indicating partial failure).
Test the temperature sensor (NTC) resistance at room temperature and at a known elevated temperature; replace if readings are inconsistent.
Some models allow temperature offset calibration in the settings menu; adjust according to the user manual if hardware is sound.

Oven heats but does not reach the set temperature; food takes much longer than expected to cook.
