Possible Causes

Open-circuit fan oven element, Loose connection at fan element terminals, Burnt wiring to fan element, Faulty fan element relay on PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Isolate the oven from mains power. Allow the oven to cool before removing the internal rear panel.

  • Confirm symptom: In fan oven mode (before isolating), check that the fan runs but the oven does not heat. This points to the fan element.
  • Access fan element: Remove the screws holding the internal rear cover inside the oven cavity. Behind it you will see the circular fan element around the fan.
  • Visual check: Inspect the element ring for cracks, burn spots, or breaks.
  • Test with multimeter: Disconnect the element terminals from the rear of the oven (you may need to remove the rear outer panel). Measure resistance; infinite resistance means the element is faulty and must be replaced.
  • Check terminals and wiring: Tighten any loose spade connectors and replace any that are discolored or heat-damaged. Ensure wires are not touching the fan blades.
  • Replace element: Fit a new Logik-compatible circular fan oven element, secure it with screws, and reconnect wiring firmly.
