Possible Causes
Loose mains terminal block, Failing internal power supply on PCB, Poor neutral connection, Overloaded circuit or undersized cable
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker. Only work on mains connections if you are competent; otherwise, contact a qualified electrician.
- Check supply: Confirm the oven is on a dedicated circuit with the correct rating as specified by Logik. Avoid using extension leads.
- Inspect terminal block: Remove the rear cover to access the mains terminal block. Tighten all live, neutral, and earth screws. Look for heat damage or discoloration; replace the block if burnt.
- Check cable size: Ensure the supply cable is of adequate gauge for the oven’s power rating. Undersized cable can cause voltage drop.
- PCB power supply: If the external supply is sound, the internal low-voltage power supply on the main PCB may be failing. Inspect for bulging capacitors or burnt components. Replace the PCB if defective.
