Logik oven shows E17 and the child lock cannot be disabled or the oven remains locked out.

Safety first: Turn off power at the mains before removing the control panel if needed.

• Attempt manual unlock: Refer to the user manual for the specific key combination to disable child lock (often holding a specific button for several seconds). Try multiple times.
• Power cycle: Disconnect power for 10–15 minutes to reset the electronics. Restore power and attempt to unlock again.
• Inspect buttons: Check that the lock button is not physically stuck or jammed. Clean around the button area with a soft cloth.
• Control board check: If the lock remains engaged and E17 persists, the control PCB or touch panel may be faulty and require replacement.
