How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power before removing the control panel.
- Adjust brightness: Some models allow brightness adjustment via settings. Check the user manual and increase brightness if possible.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and reseat the ribbon cable between the main PCB and display board.
- Inspect display board: Look for burnt components or cracked solder joints. If the backlight LEDs or VFD are failing, replace the display module.
