Safety first: Turn off power at the mains. Do not force the door; glass can break under stress.

Allow cooling: If the oven was used at high temperature, allow it to cool fully; some mechanical parts expand and can bind when hot.
Gentle manipulation: While gently pulling on the door handle, press inward slightly and wiggle to relieve pressure on the latch.
Access from top: Remove the top panel and look down at the latch area. Using a flat insulated tool, gently move the latch hook to release the door.
Inspect and adjust: Once open, inspect the latch and strike for bending or wear. Replace the latch assembly if damaged and adjust alignment so the door opens and closes smoothly.
