How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power before removing the control panel. Do not touch live components.
- Identify source: With the panel removed and power briefly restored (only if competent and safe), carefully listen to locate the buzzing component (transformer or relay).
- Secure components: Turn power off again. Tighten screws holding the PCB and any transformers. Add insulating pads or foam where appropriate to reduce vibration (keeping clear of hot components).
