Safety note: This is usually a user input or minor control issue.

• Clear and retry: Press Cancel to clear, then carefully follow the user manual steps to set time or temperature.
• Check keypad: Ensure no buttons are stuck or held down by debris. Clean the panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth (no harsh chemicals).
• Power reset: Turn off the breaker for 5 minutes, then restore power. If ERR persists with normal inputs, the keypad or EOC may be failing.
• Replace keypad or EOC: If multiple keys misbehave, replace the membrane keypad / control panel. If that does not help, replace the electronic oven control.

When to call a technician: If ERR appears randomly without any key presses, professional diagnosis is recommended.
