Oven light will not turn on, but oven heats normally

Safety First: Turn off power or unplug the range before changing the bulb.

• Replace bulb: Remove the glass light cover inside the oven and replace the bulb with the correct high-temperature appliance bulb.
• Check socket: Inspect the socket for corrosion or burning. If damaged, replace the socket.
• Test door switch: On some models, the light is controlled by a door switch. Test for continuity when the door is opened/closed.
• Control issue: If bulb, socket, and switch are good, the control board light relay may be faulty and the EOC may need replacement.
