How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool.

Inspect and test fan:

Remove the rear interior panel to access the convection fan.
Check for obstructions and spin the fan by hand.
If stiff or seized, replace the convection fan motor.

Check wiring and control:

Access the rear of the oven and inspect the fan wiring harness.
With a multimeter, verify voltage is supplied to the fan when convection mode is selected (use caution; live voltage).
If voltage is present but the fan does not run, replace the fan motor. If no voltage, the main control board is likely faulty.
