Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the oven from the cabinet or opening control panels.

• Power reset: Disconnect power for 5–10 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge. Restore power and test. If the fault recurs, continue diagnosis.
• Check supply voltage: Verify correct and stable voltage at the terminal block. Loose connections can cause resets. Tighten terminal screws and inspect for heat damage.
• Inspect cooling: Ensure the cooling fan is operating and vents are not blocked. Overheating can cause control failures.
• Control board inspection: Remove the front panel to access the electronic control. Look for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or corrosion. If present, replace the control module.
