Morphy Richards oven shows E11 and the timer cannot be set; buttons may not respond.

Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the control fascia.

Steps:

• Clean the panel: Sometimes grease or sugar can cause buttons to stick. Clean the front glass or membrane with a slightly damp cloth (no excessive liquid).
• Access keypad: Remove the control panel screws and gently pull the fascia forward to expose the keypad membrane or PCB.
• Inspect ribbon cable: Check for cracks, kinks, or corrosion on the flat cable. Reseat it firmly in the connector.
• Check for physical damage: If the glass is cracked or the membrane is bubbled, the keypad assembly must be replaced.
• Replace assembly: Order the correct control fascia / keypad assembly for your Morphy Richards model and swap it over, transferring any brackets or seals.

Tip: Avoid pressing buttons with sharp objects; this shortens keypad life.
