Neff oven display and controls are completely dead, no lights or response

Safety first: Before opening the appliance, ensure the circuit is isolated at the consumer unit.

• Check household supply: Verify that the oven's circuit breaker or fuse has not tripped. Reset if necessary.
• Test outlet or connection: Confirm voltage at the oven connection point (only if competent).
• Inspect terminal block: Pull the oven out and check the mains terminal block for loose or burnt connections.
• Internal fuse: Some Neff ovens have internal fuses on the control board. With power off, check and replace blown fuses with identical types.

If power is present at the terminal block but the oven remains dead, the main control board's power supply is likely faulty and will need replacement.
