Neff oven door seal is damaged or heat escapes around the door

Safety first: Allow the oven to cool completely.

• Inspect gasket: Check the entire perimeter for splits, hardening, or missing sections.
• Replace gasket: Pull out the old gasket from its retaining holes or clips. Fit a genuine Neff replacement, pressing the new gasket firmly into each corner and clip.
• Check door closure: After replacement, close the door and check for even contact all around.
