Possible Causes
Partially failed fan oven element, failed bottom element, faulty temperature sensor, door seal leakage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing elements or sensors.
- Check with oven thermometer: Place an oven-safe thermometer inside and compare actual temperature to the set temperature after 20–30 minutes.
- Test different modes: If fan mode is weak but grill works, suspect the fan element. If bottom heat modes are poor, suspect the lower element.
- Inspect elements: Look for cold spots or only part of an element glowing red. Replace any element that does not heat evenly.
- Door seal: Check the door gasket for gaps, tears, or compression. Replace if heat is escaping.
- Sensor check: Test the temperature sensor resistance; replace if out of specification.
