How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate the appliance from mains before removing the control panel.
- Attempt reset: Turn off power for 10–15 minutes. Restore power and set the time on the clock. If F09 reappears or the oven still will not operate, continue.
- Inspect timer connections: Remove the control panel and locate the clock/timer module. Check all plug-in connectors for tightness and signs of heat damage. Reseat each connector.
- Check for burning: Look for burnt tracks or components on the timer PCB. If present, the timer must be replaced.
- Replace timer module: Note the wiring positions or take a photo. Remove the mounting screws, disconnect the wiring, and fit a new New World-compatible clock/timer. Reconnect wires exactly as before.
