Oven door glass has become loose or rattles when opening/closing.

Safety first: Ensure the oven is cold. Wear gloves to protect from sharp edges and glass.

• Remove door: On many New World ovens, the door can be lifted off by opening to the first stop and lifting upwards. Refer to the user manual.
• Disassemble door: Lay the door on a soft surface and remove screws holding the inner panel. Carefully separate the panels to access the glass.
• Check brackets and clips: Tighten any loose brackets and replace missing or damaged glass clips with the correct New World parts.
• Reassemble: Refit the glass in the correct order (inner/outer), ensuring seals are in place, then reassemble the door and refit to the oven.
