New World Buzzer / Sounder Failure

Timer alarm is very quiet or does not sound at all.

Possible Causes

Failed piezo buzzer on timer PCB, volume setting turned down (if available), dry solder joints on buzzer connections

Check settings: Some New World timers allow volume adjustment or muting. Refer to the user manual to ensure the alarm is enabled and volume is set appropriately.
Test buzzer: Remove the control panel and locate the buzzer on the timer PCB. Inspect for cracks or damage.
