Possible Causes

Failed low-voltage transformer or SMPS on main PCB, Shorted oven lamp holder, Shorted accessory (e.g., rotisserie motor), Damaged wiring harness on low-voltage side

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect mains power. Internal circuits can retain charge; wait several minutes before touching the control board.

Steps to check:

  • Check oven lamp: Remove the lamp cover inside the cavity and inspect the bulb and holder. A shorted bulb or damaged holder can overload the low-voltage circuit. Replace the bulb with the correct OBH Nordica-specified type and inspect the holder for burns.
  • Disconnect accessories: If your oven has a rotisserie or other motorized accessory, disconnect it and see if E10 clears after a power reset.
  • Inspect low-voltage wiring: Access the main PCB and trace the low-voltage wires going to the lamp, fans, and accessories. Look for pinched or melted insulation and repair or replace as needed.
  • Control board inspection: Examine the low-voltage section of the PCB (often near a small transformer or switching power supply). Look for burnt components or swollen capacitors. If damaged, replace the entire main control board.
  • Test: After replacing any suspect parts, reassemble, restore power, and verify that the lamp and auxiliary functions operate without triggering E10.
