Possible Causes
Failed piezo buzzer on control board, Damaged buzzer driver circuit, User settings muted, Loose buzzer connection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect mains power before accessing the control panel.
Steps to fix:
- Check settings: Some OBH Nordica ovens allow volume adjustment or muting of the buzzer. Verify settings in the user menu.
- Inspect buzzer: Remove the control panel and locate the small buzzer on the PCB. Check for physical damage or loose solder joints.
- Reseat connectors: If the buzzer is on a separate small board, reseat its connector.
- Replace control board or buzzer module: If the buzzer is defective and not separately replaceable, replace the control board or buzzer module with an OBH Nordica-compatible part.
- Test: Reassemble, restore power, and test the timer alarm.
