Oven temperature is consistently lower than the set value; food takes longer to cook than recipes indicate.

Safety: Use an oven thermometer rated for high temperatures to verify readings.

• 1. Measure actual temperature: Place an oven thermometer in the center of the cavity and preheat to 180°C. Compare the reading after 20–30 minutes.
• 2. Adjust settings (if available): Some Panasonic models allow temperature offset adjustment in the settings menu. Apply a small offset (e.g., +10–20°C) if supported.
• 3. Check door seal: Replace the gasket if it is damaged or not sealing well, as heat loss can lower internal temperature.
