Food cooks unevenly; back of the oven is hotter than the front or one side burns.

Safety first: Allow the oven to cool before adjusting components.

• Use convection mode: For even cooking, use fan-assisted modes when available.
• Check fan operation: Ensure the convection fan runs in fan modes. Replace the fan motor if not.
• Level oven: Use a spirit level to ensure the oven is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
• Rotate trays: During long bakes, rotate trays halfway through as a workaround.

If uneven heating is severe, test elements and sensor, and consider control board calibration or replacement.
