Oven does not heat at all in any mode; fan and light may work but temperature stays cold.

Safety first: Turn off the circuit breaker and verify the oven is cold before working.

• Check power supply: Ensure the breaker is not partially tripped and that the oven is receiving full voltage.
• Test multiple modes: Try bake, grill, and fan modes. If none heat, suspect a common supply issue (thermal cut-out, relay, or mains connection).
• Inspect thermal cut-out: Access the top/rear of the oven and test the thermal cut-out thermostat for continuity. Reset or replace if open.
• Check terminal block: Tighten all screws and look for burned connections where mains enters the oven.

If elements and safety devices test good, the main control board may not be sending power to the elements and will likely need replacement.
