Possible Causes

Safety first: Do not reset the breaker repeatedly. Disconnect the oven from mains.

Inspect door switch area: Remove the front trim to access the door switch and wiring. Look for pinched or bare wires.
Check lamp holder: Remove the lamp and inspect the holder for cracks or carbon tracking. Replace if damaged.
Insulation test: With a multimeter, check for continuity between the lamp/live wires and the oven chassis. Any continuity indicates a short that must be corrected.
