How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure good ventilation during initial burn-in.
- 1. Remove all packaging: Check for any plastic, cardboard, or tape left inside or around the oven.
- 2. Initial burn-in: Run the oven empty at 200–220°C for 30–60 minutes, with a window open or extractor on, to burn off residues.
- 3. Monitor: Some smell is normal initially, but it should diminish quickly. If the smell is acrid or accompanied by smoke from wiring areas, switch off and inspect.
