How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker before removing the control panel.

Dry out panel: If the issue started after cleaning, allow the panel to dry for several hours with power off.
Inspect keypad: Remove the control panel back cover and inspect the keypad ribbon cable for damage. Reseat the connector.
Test specific keys: Note which keys fail. If entire rows or columns are dead, the keypad matrix is likely failing.
Replace touchpad: Replace the touchpad/control panel assembly if keys remain unresponsive. If the keypad is integrated with the display, replace the combined assembly.
Control board: If a new keypad does not fix the issue, the electronic oven control board may have a faulty keypad interface.

RCA oven buttons do not respond or respond intermittently; display is on but you cannot set temperature or time.
