Oven will not start; display shows E0 immediately after power-on or when a cooking function is selected.

Safety first: Disconnect the oven from the mains supply by switching off the circuit breaker or unplugging it. Confirm the display is off before working on the appliance.

• Power reset: Leave the oven disconnected for at least 5–10 minutes to allow the control board to discharge. Reconnect power and check if E0 clears.
• Check mains supply: Verify the wall outlet or cooker switch is supplying a stable 220–240 V AC. If lights dim or flicker when the oven is turned on, consult an electrician.
• Inspect control wiring: Remove the oven from the cabinet enough to access the top cover. Remove the top/ rear cover (usually Phillips screws). Locate the wiring harness between the front touch control panel and the main control PCB. Ensure all multi-pin connectors are fully seated and not burnt or corroded.
• Check for moisture: Look for signs of steam or moisture ingress around the control panel. If condensation is present, allow the oven to dry for several hours with power disconnected, then test again.
• If E0 persists: The fault is likely in the touch control panel or main control PCB. Replacement of the control PCB or complete control panel assembly is usually required and may be best handled by a qualified technician.
