Oven clock works but heating functions do not start; display may show an auto or timer symbol.

Safety first: No internal work is needed for timer settings; keep hands away from live parts.

• Set to manual: Press the timer mode button until the manual symbol (often a hand icon) appears. Clear any start or end times.
• Reset timer: Disconnect power for a few minutes, reconnect, and set the clock. Many ovens will not heat until the clock is set.
• Disable child lock: Follow the user manual to turn off any child lock feature.
• If still no heat: The timer relay contacts may be faulty and not passing power to the oven; the timer module may need replacement.
