Possible Causes
Electronic timer left in automatic mode, End time programmed in the past, Child lock enabled on timer, Faulty timer contacts not passing power to oven
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No internal work is needed for timer settings; keep hands away from live parts.
- Set to manual: Press the timer mode button until the manual symbol (often a hand icon) appears. Clear any start or end times.
- Reset timer: Disconnect power for a few minutes, reconnect, and set the clock. Many ovens will not heat until the clock is set.
- Disable child lock: Follow the user manual to turn off any child lock feature.
- If still no heat: The timer relay contacts may be faulty and not passing power to the oven; the timer module may need replacement.
