How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Locate the flat ribbon cable from the touch panel to the main PCB.
- Carefully disconnect and reconnect the ribbon, ensuring it is fully seated and not kinked.
- Check for signs of moisture, corrosion, or burnt spots on the PCB.
- Dry out moisture: If the error appeared after heavy boiling or steam, allow the control area to dry for several hours with power off.
- Replace components as needed:
- If some buttons do not respond or the display is erratic, replace the touch control panel (UI board).
- If the UI is good but communication errors persist, the main PCB may be defective and should be replaced by a technician.
