• Check elements and wiring:
  • Inspect elements for hot spots, blisters, or arcing marks.
  • Remove the rear panel and look for burnt wiring or components.
• Test run:
  • After cleaning, run the oven empty at 400°F for 20–30 minutes with good ventilation to burn off residues.
• If burning smell persists and no spills are present, have a technician inspect for failing components.
