Oven overheats; food burns quickly and temperature seems much higher than set.

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker. Do not use the oven until the cause is identified.

• Check with thermometer:
  • After restoring power briefly, compare set temperature to an oven thermometer reading.
• Test sensor:
  • With power off, measure sensor resistance; replace if significantly low or unstable.
• Inspect relays:
  • Check the main PCB for welded heater relays; replace the board if found.
• Calibrate or reset:
  • Use the settings menu to reset temperature calibration to default.
• If overheating persists, replace the main relay control board and inspect the high-limit thermostat.
