Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on power board, Burnt terminal block, Open line filter (EMI filter), Faulty main electronic control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off the circuit breaker and verify no voltage is present before opening the rear or top covers.
- Check terminal block: Access the rear of the oven and inspect the mains terminal block. Tighten loose screws and replace any melted or burnt block.
- Inspect internal fuse: Locate the glass or ceramic fuse on the power input or control board. Remove and test with a multimeter. If blown, investigate for short circuits before replacing with the exact same rating.
- Test line filter: Check continuity through the EMI filter module. Replace if open or visibly damaged.
- Control board inspection: Examine the main electronic board for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or cracked solder joints. If the board is damaged or no low-voltage output is present, replace the board.
- Reassemble and test: After replacing any faulty components, restore power and verify that the display and lights function normally.
