Oven door glass is loose or rattling

Safety first: Wear cut-resistant gloves and safety glasses. Glass edges can be sharp.

• Remove door: Open the door to the service position and lift it off the hinges according to the Severin manual.
• Disassemble door: Place the door on a soft surface. Remove screws around the perimeter to separate inner and outer panels.
• Inspect glass supports: Check metal brackets, clips, and adhesive pads that hold the glass. Replace any broken or missing parts with Severin door glass mounting hardware.
• Clean and reassemble: Clean glass edges and frames. Refit the glass panels securely, ensuring correct orientation and spacing.
• Reinstall door: Mount the door back onto the hinges and verify that the glass is stable and does not rattle.
