Oven racks do not slide smoothly or are tilting

Safety first: Ensure the oven is cool before adjusting racks.

• Remove racks: Take out all racks and inspect for bending or warping. Replace severely deformed racks.
• Inspect side rails: Check the cavity side supports or telescopic rails for bending or loose screws. Tighten and straighten as needed.
• Clean rails: Remove grease and debris from rails and supports. Lightly lubricate telescopic rails with high-temperature-safe lubricant if recommended by Severin.
• Reinstall and test: Fit racks correctly into the guides and verify they slide level and do not tip.
