Possible Causes
Low AC line voltage, failed power supply board, overheating of power components, loose mains connections at terminal block
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: High voltage is present on power and inverter boards. Only qualified persons should test live circuits. Always disconnect power before touching wiring.
- Check mains connections: Inspect the oven terminal block for loose screws, burnt wires, or discoloration. Tighten and repair as needed.
- Verify supply voltage: If equipped and qualified, measure line voltage at the terminal block. Ensure it meets Sharp's specified range.
- Inspect power board: Remove covers to access the power supply/inverter board. Look for bulging capacitors, burnt resistors, or cracked solder joints.
- Cooling and ventilation: Ensure cooling fans and vents around the power board are clear and operating. Overheating can trigger F19.
- Replace power board: If visual damage is present or F19 persists despite correct supply voltage and cooling, replace the power supply/inverter board.
