How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.
- Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Dry out moisture: If the panel was recently exposed to steam or cleaning fluid, leave the oven powered off for several hours to dry.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and carefully unplug and replug the keypad ribbon cable into the control board.
- Replace keypad: If certain buttons never work or require excessive pressure, replace the membrane keypad or full touch control assembly.
