Possible Causes

Failed Wi-Fi module, Loose Wi-Fi antenna connection, Router compatibility issues, Firmware corruption on connectivity board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: For network issues, no high-voltage work is required, but disconnect power before accessing internal modules.

  • Step 1 – Network reset: Follow the user manual to reset network settings on the oven and re-pair with your home Wi-Fi network.
  • Step 2 – Check signal strength: Ensure the oven is within range of your router and that the 2.4 GHz band is enabled (many appliances do not support 5 GHz only networks).
  • Step 3 – Power cycle: Turn the oven breaker OFF for 2 minutes, then ON. Retry connection.
  • Step 4 – Inspect Wi-Fi module: With power off, remove the rear or top panel to locate the Wi-Fi module and antenna. Ensure the antenna cable is firmly connected and not damaged.
  • Step 5 – Module replacement: If F25 persists and other devices connect to Wi-Fi normally, the Wi-Fi module or connectivity board may need replacement.

Note: Firmware updates may be required; consult Signature Kitchen Suite support for model-specific procedures.
