How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the control panel.
- Step 1 – Power reset: Turn the breaker OFF for 2 minutes, then ON. Test the buttons again.
- Step 2 – Check for moisture: If the issue started after heavy cooking or cleaning, allow the panel to dry for several hours with the door open.
- Step 3 – Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and carefully disconnect/reconnect the ribbon cable between the keypad and control board.
- Step 4 – Replace UI: If specific keys never work or the problem persists, replace the user interface assembly.
