Safety first: Allow the oven to cool before adjusting racks or inspecting the fan.

• Step 1 – Rack position: Ensure racks are level and properly seated. Avoid placing pans too close to the walls.
• Step 2 – Use convection: For large loads, use convection bake to improve air circulation.
• Step 3 – Check convection fan: Verify that the convection fan runs in convection modes. If not, inspect and replace the fan motor as needed.
• Step 4 – Clean vents: Ensure rear and side vents inside the oven are not blocked by foil or debris.

Tip: Rotate pans halfway through baking for very sensitive recipes.
