Possible Causes
Open-circuit circular heating element, burnt element connectors, damaged wiring harness, failed circular element relay/triac on main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate the oven from mains power and allow it to cool.
- Access circular element: Remove the rear internal panel inside the oven cavity to expose the circular element around the convection fan.
- Inspect element: Check for visible breaks, hot spots, or deformation. Replace the element if any damage is found.
- Test continuity: From the rear of the oven, access the element terminals. Disconnect the wires and measure resistance across the element. An open circuit means the element is faulty.
- Check wiring and control: If the element tests OK, inspect wiring to the main control board. If wiring is sound, the control board output for the circular element is likely defective and the board should be replaced.
