Possible Causes
Open-circuit circular heating element, burnt wiring to circular element, failed fan element relay on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and allow the oven to cool.
- Confirm symptom: Test a conventional (non-fan) bake mode. If that heats but fan mode does not, the circular element is likely faulty.
- Access circular element: Remove the rear internal panel to expose the circular element. Inspect for damage.
- Test continuity: Measure resistance across the element terminals. Replace the element if open-circuit.
- Check wiring and board: If the element is good, inspect wiring and test for voltage at the element when fan mode is selected (only if qualified). If no voltage, replace or repair the main control board.
