Oven displays F90; door lock will not engage or disengage during self-clean.

Safety first: Turn off power. The door may be locked; do not pry it open.

• Listen for motor: When starting self-clean (with power restored), listen for the lock motor. If silent, test for voltage at the motor during lock command. If voltage is present but no movement, replace the lock motor assembly.
• Check for binding: With power off, manually move the lock rod (if accessible) to ensure it moves freely. Lubricate lightly with high-temperature-safe lubricant if binding is found.
• Test lock switch: Verify the lock position switch changes state when the lock is moved. Replace the switch or entire lock assembly if faulty.
• Inspect wiring: Repair any damaged wires between the control and lock assembly.
