Possible Causes
Overheating control board due to failed cooling fan, Loose power connection at terminal block, Faulty door switch interrupting power, Failing electronic oven control
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing rear or internal components.
- Check terminal block: Remove the rear cover and inspect the power terminal block where the mains cable connects. Tighten loose screws and replace any burnt connectors.
- Cooling fan: On models with a control cooling fan, verify that the fan runs during baking. Replace the fan motor if it does not run or is noisy.
- Door switch: Test the door switch for intermittent operation by gently moving the door while monitoring continuity. Replace if unreliable.
- Control board: If wiring and switches are good, the EOC may be failing under heat. Replace the control board.
