How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the oven to cool before touching the gasket.
- Inspect gasket: Run your hand gently around the gasket to feel for tears, hard spots, or sections pulled away from the frame.
- Clean gasket and frame: Use a damp cloth to remove grease and debris from the gasket and the mating surface on the door/frame.
- Reseat gasket: If the gasket has come out of its channel, carefully press it back into place along the entire perimeter.
- Replace gasket: If the gasket is torn, flattened, or hardened, replace it with the correct Sub-Zero door gasket for your model.
