How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the oven is cool before removing racks.
- Remove and clean racks: Take out all racks and clean them with warm soapy water. Clean the side rails and support ledges inside the oven.
- Inspect for warping: Check racks for bending or distortion. Replace any that are significantly warped.
- Lubricate glide racks: For telescoping or glide racks, apply a small amount of high-temperature food-safe lubricant to the slide mechanisms if recommended by Sub-Zero.
- Replace damaged rails: If the side rails are bent or damaged, replace them to restore smooth rack movement.
