Possible Causes
Faulty Start button on keypad, Door not detected as closed, Failed relay driver on control board, Child lock feature active
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Most checks are external; disconnect power only if opening the control panel.
- Verify door closure: Ensure the door is fully closed and latched. Check for obstructions on the gasket.
- Check for control lock: Look for a lock icon or LOC message. If present, disable the control lock per the user manual.
- Test Start button: Press Start firmly. If other keys respond but Start does not, the keypad may be failing. Replace the control panel/touchpad assembly.
- Door switch test: If the oven light or display does not change when opening/closing the door, test and replace the door switch as needed.
If all external causes are ruled out, the electronic control board may not be energizing the relays and should be evaluated by a technician.
