Possible Causes

Safety first: Disconnect power before working on the control panel.

Steps:

Remove the control panel and carefully clean both sides of the touch glass and the surface of the touch PCB with isopropyl alcohol.
Inspect for cracks in the glass or PCB; replace the touch panel assembly if damaged.
Check that the oven is properly earthed and that the earth connection is secure.
If random activations continue, replace the user interface board.
