How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before working on the control panel.
Steps:
- Remove the control panel and carefully clean both sides of the touch glass and the surface of the touch PCB with isopropyl alcohol.
- Inspect for cracks in the glass or PCB; replace the touch panel assembly if damaged.
- Check that the oven is properly earthed and that the earth connection is secure.
- If random activations continue, replace the user interface board.
